Return & Refund Policy

At Authente Bangladesh, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review our Return Policy below to understand your options and the steps involved.

1. Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items


Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless defective).

3. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@authente-bd.com or reach us via our socials, Facebook or Instagram to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.

Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RAN inside the package.

Shipping: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@authente-bd.com or reach us via our socials, Facebook or Instagram. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, at your discretion.

7. Cancellations


If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
